Re-Branding Goal:

Amy came to me look for a redesign and rebrand because she felt her branding and website didn't attract the clients she was hoping to work with and didn't showcase her work well.

We focused on the clients and photos she was most proud of and how she wanted her clients to feel when they worked with her. Amy knew she didn't want the stereotypical flowy, cursive approach most wedding photographers take. She wanted to focus on showing how fun and natural her approach to photography is. So, I focused on lighter primary colors to show her playful & fun process and used the photos she is most proud of to put her personality into the site.

Website Redesign Goal

Amy was unhappy with her website and felt like it was deterring potential clients. She wanted highlight her photos and introduce herself as a professional and fun photographer.

Functionally, I focused on making it very easy for clients to book and get in touch with Amy. This was a pain point that Amy had and really wanted to improve. Design wise I wanted to clean up her main page and make it informative and inviting.

In addition to the design of the site I consulted on content. Specifically, I worked with her on what photos she should include in her portfolio and the testimonials to include. We focused on the photos of clients she wants to book again and the testimonials that are the most helpful to potential clients.
